Is Job Samadhan free to use?
Yes — completely free for job seekers: creating a profile, searching, applying, building your resume and chatting with employers. Employers can post jobs on a free plan; paid plans add more live jobs, featured jobs and candidate search.
How do I post a job?
Sign up as an employer ("I want to hire"), add your company details, then choose Post a Job. Write the title, location, salary and requirements — or let the AI draft the description for you — and publish. New jobs may be reviewed before they go live; jobs from verified companies can go live at once.
Can I apply for multiple jobs?
Yes. Apply to as many jobs as suit you. Each application is tracked separately under My Applications, with its own status and any interview details.
Is my data safe and secure?
Your number is never shown publicly. When you apply, only that employer receives your application, and your phone number is shared with them only if your settings allow it. Your uploaded resume is private and opened through a link that expires in 15 minutes. You can hide your profile from employer search or delete your account at any time.
Someone asked me to pay for a job. What should I do?
Don't pay — a genuine employer never asks for money. Use "Report this job" on the job page (or report the chat) and choose "Asks for money / registration fee". If you already paid, call the cyber-crime helpline 1930 and tell your bank.
How do I sign in?
With your mobile number. We send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp — enter it and you're in. No password needed.
How does the resume builder work?
Fill in your profile — photo, experience, education, skills — and open Resume. Pick one of five A4 designs and download it as a PDF. You can also upload your own PDF or Word resume; employers you apply to can open it.
What does the verified badge mean?
The company sent us registration documents (for example a GST or company registration certificate) and our team checked them. It helps you trust a company, but always follow our safe job search tips too.
How do I know if an employer saw my application?
Open My Applications. The status changes from Applied to In Review when the employer opens it, and to Shortlisted, Interview, Offer or Hired as they move you forward. You also get a notification for each step.
Can employers contact me?
An employer you applied to can message you in Job Samadhan, call you for an interview in the app, and — if your settings allow — see your number. Employers on paid plans can also find you in candidate search if your profile is visible; you can switch that off in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings ▸ Delete account, or see the Delete Account page. Your profile, photo and resume are removed and you disappear from search.
