01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Job Samadhan for using the Job Samadhan website (jobsamadhan.com) and app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Job Samadhan.

Job Samadhan is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or a placement agency, we do not guarantee a job or a hire, and we are not a party to any employment agreement made between a job seeker and an employer.

02Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your own mobile number. Keep your phone and the one-time codes we send you private — never share an OTP with anyone, including people who say they are from Job Samadhan.
• You choose a role when you sign up: job seeker (to apply for jobs) or employer (to post jobs and hire). The role is fixed for the account.
• Give true information. An employer account must represent a real business or hiring need, and the person using it must be authorised to hire for that business.
• One person, one account per role. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

03Job seekers

• Job Samadhan is free for job seekers. You never pay us to create a profile, apply, build a resume or be hired.
• Your profile and applications must be honest — your own experience, education and skills. Do not apply in someone else's name.
• When you apply, you agree that we share your application (profile copy, resume, cover note and answers) with that employer, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Decisions on interviews, offers and hiring are made by the employer, not by Job Samadhan.

04Employers and job posts

• Post only real, current vacancies that you are authorised to fill, with an honest title, location, salary and requirements.
• 🔴 Never ask a candidate for money — no registration fee, training fee, security deposit, uniform or kit charge, "processing" fee or any other payment, in the post, in chat or in an interview. Posts that ask for money are refused, and accounts that ask for money are removed.
• Job posts must follow Indian law, including laws on equal opportunity, minimum wages and child labour. Do not post jobs that discriminate on religion, caste, gender, disability or similar grounds unless the law allows a genuine requirement.
• Use candidates' data only to hire for the job they applied to. Do not copy, sell, scrape or reuse it, and do not contact candidates for anything else.
• We may review jobs before they go live (jobs from verified companies may go live at once), and may edit, pause or remove a job that breaks these rules.
• Company verification: when you verify your company, the badge means we checked the documents you sent at that time. It is not a guarantee about the company's conduct.

05Plans for employers

Basic job posting has a free plan. Paid plans (more live jobs, featured jobs, candidate search, invites) are shown on the Plans page with their benefits. Where a price is not yet shown, the plan is not on sale yet. When you request a plan, our team contacts you to confirm the price and activate it. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

06Things nobody may do

• Post or send anything false, misleading, abusive, obscene, hateful, threatening or illegal.
• Pretend to be another person or company, or use Job Samadhan for anything other than genuine job search and hiring.
• Ask for money, OTPs, bank details or ID documents in chat; send spam, chain messages or links to malware.
• Scrape, copy or harvest data, try to break our security, or use bots to apply or post.
• Harass anyone — including after they declined, withdrew or blocked you.

07Reports, suspension and removal

Every job page has "Report this job", and chats have report and block. We review reports and may remove content, refuse or close jobs, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law, and preserve records or inform authorities where the law requires.

You may stop using Job Samadhan and delete your account at any time.

08AI features

The AI assistant, job-post drafts and applicant summaries are generated automatically to help you. They can be wrong or incomplete — check anything important yourself. Do not share sensitive personal data with the assistant.

09Content you add

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Job Samadhan a licence to store, display and process it only to run the service (for example, to show your job post or send your application). You confirm you have the right to upload it.

10Our liability

We work to keep Job Samadhan accurate, safe and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not verify every statement made by job seekers or employers, and we are not responsible for the conduct of users, for the outcome of applications, interviews or employment, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as the IT Rules, 2021 require.

12Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use Job Samadhan after that means you accept the new terms.
